Basic Policy on Information Security

Flowric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that protecting the information assets entrusted to us by our customers and business partners, as well as our own technical know-how, is one of our most important management priorities, as a company that contributes to the construction of social infrastructure through the manufacture and sale of chemical admixtures for concrete.
In order to properly protect and manage our information assets and earn the trust of society, we have established the following basic information security policy and will implement it throughout the entire company.

2. Scope of application

This policy applies to all information assets related to business activities under our control, and to all officers and employees (including full-time employees, contract employees, part-time employees, etc.) who use them.

Our company will establish a management system to maintain and improve information security, and will set up initiatives to formulate, implement, operate, and review company-wide information security measures.

All of our employees recognize the importance of information security and will comply with this policy and related internal regulations. Furthermore, we will strive to improve our knowledge and awareness through regular education and training, and ensure the proper handling of information assets in our daily work.

5. Compliance with legal and contractual requirements

Our company complies with information security laws, national guidelines, other regulations, and security obligations included in our contracts with customers.

6. Response to violations and accidents

In the event of an information security incident or problem, we will promptly investigate the cause, take measures to prevent further damage, and implement measures to prevent recurrence. Furthermore, we will deal strictly with any employee who violates this policy or internal regulations in accordance with our employment rules.
