FLORIC LGP is a powder pack type flow agent that conforms to JIS A 6204 (chemical admixtures for concrete) and is added to ordinary concrete on-site. By reducing the amount of cement used, it is environmentally friendly and economical, helping to improve productivity at construction sites.
Features
- ○Complies with JIS A 6204: Superplasticizer standard type (Type I).
- - Because it is a powder type, it can be fluidized without changing the water-cement ratio.
- The powder dispersant is individually packaged in water-soluble paper, making it easy to manage the amount added.
- By adding this to normal concrete with a slump of about 15 to 18 cm on-site, it is possible to produce highly fluid concrete with a slump flow of 50 to 60 cm and separation resistance.
How To Use
- ○Flowric LGP should be used on-site by adding the pack to the base concrete in the truck agitator.
- When adding Flowric LGP, pour one pack at a time from the truck agitator hopper toward the back of the drum and agitate the drum at medium to high speed for about 180 to 300 seconds. However, since air may be entrained depending on the condition of the base concrete and the load, adjust the agitation time and speed as necessary.
- *The effectiveness will vary depending on the materials used, the mixture, environmental conditions such as temperature, and the chemical admixtures used in the base concrete, so please determine the number of packs to be added to achieve the required performance.
- ○ Please check the separation resistance when adding Flowric LGP by a trial mix in advance. If the separation resistance is insufficient, please adjust the fine aggregate rate and the material usage ratio to modify the mix.
